I had a very pleasant shopping experience with John Purcell he was extremely professional and helped with everything and made sure that the used Ram 2500 I bought had a second key that wasn't available immediately with the purchase as well as making sure any cosmetic damage was fixed prior to delivery. This is a edit 2 weeks after. The extra key fob has not been delivered yet.

He answered the phone when I originally called the dealership and we basically made the deal over a couple of days via text and phone calls.
