With the 2021 Jeep Wrangler, you have your choice between a 2-door or 4-door body style. Both options allow you to remove the doors so that you can get even closer to nature while you drive—there’s even an available fold-down windshield, too.
If you need a breath of fresh air as you’re cruising toward your destination, go ahead and remove the roof! You’ll have three convertible options:
The Sunrider® soft top comes standard, while the others are available options.
While the Wrangler is taking on the tough terrain outside, the cabin keeps you comfortable. The interior space you’ll get varies based on the body style you choose, as you can see in the following table:
|2-Door Wrangler||4-Door Wrangler|
|Passenger volume||104 cubic feet||104 cubic feet|
|Legroom (front/rear)||41.2/35.7 inches||41.2/38.3 inches|
|Cargo volume (behind first/second row)||12.9/31.7 cubic feet||31.7/72.4 cubic feet|
Despite their size differences, both 2021 Wrangler body styles have an interior that’s easy to clean when you return from a particularly muddy hike. With the floor drain valve, you can easily hose out the inside of your Jeep and let the water and mud drain out the bottom.
You can enjoy your favorite tunes, too. Simply connect your smartphone via available Apple CarPlay® or Android Auto™. Then, you’ll be able to use the available 8.4-inch touchscreen in the center stack of your SUV to access certain phone apps, such as streaming music, audio books, podcasts, and more.
Finally, let’s take a look at what’s at work under the hood. The 2021 Wrangler provides four different engine options, all of which can tow up to 3,500 pounds when properly equipped. With the standard 3.6L Pentastar® V6 engine with EES, you’ll get 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque.
Three 4×4 systems are available, too:
The Command-Trac® 4×4 system comes standard. This part-time 4×4 system delivers torque to all four wheels when you need them all to bring their A-game. This system also features a 2.72:1 low range for rock crawling. Meanwhile, a neutral setting helps to improve towing capabilities.
